ACTION REQUIRED For Companies Using Concur Expense & HR Data Feeds

Concur customers with on-going HR data feeds must transition to SFTP with SSH Key Authentication before April 10, 2021 (previously December 7, 2020).  Failure to use SFTP with SSH Key Authentication will result in HR data feed file errors.

If you are uncertain if your HR feed into Concur Expense has the required specifications, please contact your Concur Expense Representative or open a Support Ticket with Concur so they can work with your IT staff to make sure your data transfer is up to standard.

If your company does not use Concur Expense or use an HR data feed, no action is required.
