IHG Hotel Group’s Reservation System Down Due to Data Breach

All booking channels for IHG Hotels and Resorts are experiencing widespread disruptions due to a data breach.  The company has implemented a response plan that is affecting new reservations, accessing upcoming reservations and accessing your IHG One Rewards account.  They are working with their technology partners to restore their booking system as quickly as possible, but in the meantime Travel One is unable to make reservations at IHG properties.

IHG has 17 brands, including InterContinenal, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo.
