Multiple Changes Coming to SAP Concur This Summer

The following are important updates SAP Concur, your online booking tool provider, will implement in the upcoming months. Some of these updates also include an action for you or your travelers.

  1. Park N Fly will has been removed and will no longer be integrated with Concur Travel. This was effective June 19, 2021
As an alternative, access Park N Fly direct via the website or download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.  If you would like Travel One, Inc. to add this link to your company notes page please advise your account manager.
  2. New Cookie Preferences and Consent as of July 1, 2021
SAP Concur needs to meet the ‘explicit user cookie consent’ and ‘zero cookie load’ requirements applicable to users located in the following jurisdictions: European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Brazil. SAP Concur recommends allowing the minimum required cookies for optimal performance.
  3. Upgrade your Single Sign On option by July 1, 2021 if you’re using HMAC SSO
If you are using Hash-Based Message Authentication Code (HMAC) as a Single Sign On (SSO) option, you must migrate to SAML v2 by July 1, 2021 to continue using SSO with Concur Expense & Travel.
  4. Whitelist Concur’s new IP address in July 2021
If your company is filtering inbound emails based on IP address, Concur requests you to whitelist a new IP address they will start using beginning in July.  Contact your Travel One Account Manager with questions if this applies.
  5. Rotating PGP key for data feeds (Concur Expense)
All Concur HR data feeds require PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption. Concur is now generating a new, stronger key which is valid for 2 years. The next expiration date is September 4, 2022. Concur recommends adding the new key, available in your root folder (which was added January 15, 2021).
  6. Profile pictures will be removed from SAP Concur
SAP Concur is in the process of removing existing profile pictures from traveler profiles.
  7. CIBT integration now available through the Concur App Center
If you have a CIBT account, best practice is to configure the integration through the Concur App Center as it will no longer be available via Concur Travel.
  8. More consistent naming convention for the URLs used to connect to SAP Concur Solutions, based on data center
If your company is filtering access from their corporate network to specific URLs, updates may be needed to your configuration to enable users to connect to these new URLs.  You can do this now and we will advise when the URL’s are active.
          •  SAP Concur will deploy us.concursolutions.com with functionality identical to the existing www.concursolutions.com
          •  SAP Concur will deploy eu.concursolutions.com with functionality identical to the existing eu1.concursolutions.com
