Concur: Changes For Southwest Airlines Inventory |
Beginning today (May 4, 2020), Southwest Airlines full inventory content is loaded into Travel One’s reservation system, Travelport. This will allow for easier reservation processing and will eliminate the need for “direct-connect” technology to access their best fares. This aligns Southwest Airlines with the other major carriers in offering their full inventory content to its corporate clients. As such, exchanges and ancillary products will be handled by Travel One during the fulfillment process. This is a change from the previous process as travelers were able to process exchanges and ancillaries on the Southwest Airlines website.
