Airline Corporate Loyalty Points May Expire On 12/31/17

This Travel Alert serves as a reminder to check your airline soft-dollar accounts to make sure your company’s points do not expire on December 31, 2017.

As an example, points from the Delta Air Lines SkyBonus® program expire 3 years after the year they were earned.  As such, now is a good time for the administrator of your company’s SkyBonus account to login to the SkyBonus website and determine if there are any points scheduled to expire this year.  We encourage companies to redeem your expiring SkyBonus points for awards before December 31, 2017.  Once redeemed, SkyBonus flight award certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.

If you do not remember your Username and/or password for any of the airline loyalty programs – or if you need assistance with this process, please contact your Travel One Account Manager.
