Deem Online Booking Tool Sold To Investment Company

The Online Booking Tool (OBT) Deem announced today it has sold to the Juniper Group.  The Juniper Group is a division of Constellation Software, which is a Canada-based investment company known for their long-term approach to acquisitions.  We believe this transaction will provided stability, continuity and investment to Deem.  There will be a press release tomorrow, but we wanted to get this information to our clients ASAP.
