U.S. Department of Homeland Security Requires Additional Screening Measures

Effective July 19, 2017, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will require additional screening measures for passengers on ALL international flights bound for the United States.  These measures include enhanced screening of travelers and heightened screening of electronic devices larger than a smartphone.  Travelers should be prepared to remove their devices from their protective cases and/or outer protection for inspection.

Due to this additional screening process, travelers are strongly advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.  Travelers are encouraged to proceed promptly to their departure gate where the additional screening will occur.

Please contact your Travel One Account Manager if you have any questions.
